Returns & Refunds
We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If you’re not satisfied, you can return your items within 28 days of receipt for a refund or exchange.
How to Return Your Items
- Log in to your account and select the order you wish to return.
- Follow the instructions to generate your returns label.
- Pack your items securely, attach the label, and send them back to us.
Important Information
- Items must be unworn, unused, and in their original condition with tags attached.
- Footwear and accessories must be returned in their original packaging.
- We recommend using a tracked delivery service for your return.
Refunds
Once we receive your return, we’ll process your refund within 14 days. The refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Exchanges
If you’d like to exchange an item, please return the original purchase and place a new order online.
Faulty or Damaged Items
If your item is faulty or damaged, please contact our customer service team within 28 days of receipt for assistance.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene reasons, earrings and swimwear are non-returnable unless faulty.
International Returns
If you’re returning an item from outside the UK, please ensure you include all relevant customs documentation to avoid delays.
